I know I know, you're not supposed to weigh in everyday, To me it's called accountability and motivation to keep going. I'm in Phase 2 of the Fat Smash and I see a difference in the choices I make. I went to movies last nite with hubby and resisted buttery popcorn and soda. WOW! Mentally, I was like I am laying the foundation for a healthier, slimmer ME and I don't want any LUMPS in my foundation. LOL! More than halfway to my GOAL! Thank You Jesus! Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thy own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge him and HE shall direct thy paths! Direct me Lord to a healthier lifestyle.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There's nothing wrong with weighing in every day, as long as you can handle the constant weight fluctuations. Some people feel really depressed and want to give up, if the scale doens't do what they want. So do what is best for you. I weigh daily, but I only use one day a week as my official weigh-in day. It helps give me an accurate guage of my weight loss.
