Last night I did an extra visit to the Gym, my boyfriend was already there so he waited for me to finish my workout. It felt good, and I needed to do some changes in my routine because my body was getting used to everything and didnt want to respond like before. It was a short workout but very productive one! lots of sweat!
This morning it was nice and cool, and I just wanted to stay un bed and go to the gym at lunch time... then I remember how I wantet to teach my body who is the boss! and YES! I got up and went to the gym. Good girl! and what is the resoult of my conviction? the scale moved again! wohoo!!!
Tonight Im going to have some fun with the girls, we are playing soccer again... and we know we are really bad players but it is sooooo much fun!!!!
146.8 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
