Well I had a loss! My muscles are sore from my new class I took yesterday. Thankfully the spot in my back that I tweaked yesterday is not so bad. It was in my right ribs.. and with my bad back history I was kinda freaked out about it.. I am not happy with it but I am no longer in "OMGOMGOMG" freak out mode. I am really proud of the choices I have made. I am going to keep with them. :) Have a great day people!
218.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone.. I am excited to feel back on track again. My low last year was 209. I really cant wait to get there again and go 2 lbs past it.. 207 is half way for me.. that WILL be really awesome. :)
