First, I changed my start weight to 174. Which is the highest weight I have from another site I used at the beginning of last year that I just didn't like as much as FS (FS was like the 4 or 5th fitness site I tried at the beginning of last year and I didn't start it until April even though I started trying to shed weight in January). So the drop from my start weight to my next day looks crazy, but in reality there was four months between those weights.

In current weight news- Still (barely) in the 150s. Although I didn't think to do a weigh in until just now, so that is not my normal morning/fasting weigh in. Theoretically my morning weigh in would have been lower.

In lung health news- I haven't been on a couple days because while I had thought my lungs were on the upswing (and they are still I think) they decided to take a bit of a downward detour. I spent the last few days in the lower 200 range on my peak flow (less then half my normal peak flow of 450). Had a doctor appointment for this morning after spending the night until 3am doing nebulizers until I finally got into the 300 range and was able to sleep. I woke up at 7:30am and was at 350, higher then when I went to sleep. So I ended up calling my doctor and we just talked. She thinks it was probably the crazy allergies from the suddenly spring weather we've had the last week-ish. I'm suppose to go in if my lungs get worse, but hopefully they just needed a few days to acclimate to the spring allergies.

How has everyone else been doing?
159.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad you are ok now and wish you a complete recovery ASAP! :) I'm fine! thanks for asking! Weight-wise, My exercising hesitations have been keeping my weight sort of constant lately heheh :)

That is definitely true! I'm happy as long as I'm not gaining heheh. I have time to tweak things enough to start tipping the balance and slowly begin my journey down, unless I start gaining muscle mass and start getting heavier while still losing fat. That would work too ;)
