It was a real stressful day and I couldn't get my exercise in but still managed to drop .2 pounds. I will have to do a double workout today. I want to be at least at 244 by Monday.
247.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 82.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
