It's Hump Day and I am back down though very little .2 pounds. The great thing about this year is that instead of having a weekend where I have a lot of fun and eat and drink with friends is that I don't gain weight because I am conscious of what I'm eating and don't drink much alcohol and I do get some form of exercise in every day. Though I didn't log this on here, I get as high as 266 so I've lost 18 pounds from that point and feel like I will be where I've been most of my life, pretty fit.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
