Have been working and doing a lot of exercise. Sticking to a strict eating regieme has helped me a lot. I have got away from the habit of wanting to eat all the time. 80kg he I come!
184.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week
