Biked 15 miles last night. But I didn't loose a damn pound.
334.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You can't expect to lose it in one day. How well are you sticking to the diet? WATCH HOW HIGH YOUR HEART RATE IS! I've noticed that makes a huge difference.

Well, biking 15 miles can't possibly be bad for you. Just stick to it. Also, Muscle weighs more that fat. I'm sure 15 miles added some muscle. Just keep going. I am very proud of you, I can only do 4 and then I HAVE to get off and take a break. Good Luck

Yeah, just like getting fat, getting thinner takes a long while as well, and it'll tend to creep down just like you creeped up in pounds. Persistence will see you through.
