Good morning to all my friends. I had a great weekend!! It was so pretty here...it made you want to be outside all day. I took yesterday off from work b/c I just wanted to enjoy one more day of pretty weather. Where I work, I don't even have windows so I can't enjoy even looking out the window. I have some really great workouts too. I did more kickboxing, spinning, and a lift class. Tonight I have spinning and pilates. I'm just so happy to be out of the 150's...it seems I was in that number forever!! I've been getting a lot of compliments here at work...people are telling me they really see a difference. That makes me feel so good!! My hubby is looking great too...I can't wait till we both reach our goals...we're going to celebrate big time!!!LOL

Congrats! I dream of getting out of the 150s. Haven't been able to break that barrier in awhile. Enjoy it and nice work!

OMG girl! look at you! i just told you that soon you'd be in the 140's! i'm proud of you! and thanks for all your comments and support on my journal, you're the best! so now you're up to 2 hours in the gym huh? if you want, i'll give you a copy of our circuit training schedule so you can see how it works! The time flies by so fast, we can hardly keep up! the goal is to keep the heart rate up for most of the the time we are there, and it's taken me some time to figure out how to do that exactly. I can make you a personalized schedule for a 2-hr block of time...just let me know if you are up to getting your butt kicked in the gym! You're doing so great, and i'm soooo proud of you! hugs to you, buddy!
