I'm not sure how I managed to drop a pound over the last week, but I'm not going to complain. We're in the middle of 'busy season' at work (which is basically all of tax season as I work at an insurance company and people tend to buy new cars with their refunds), and they've been handing out overtime at work like candy on Halloween. I've been scooping it up like a kid who's only allowed candy during Halloween (read: my gym time has been spent working rather than working out).

To make matters worse, we had a food day yesterday at work where I wolfed down four cookies and two slices of meat pizza. Yep, no self control to speak of. The only 'warning' I got was my body rejecting the excess sugar about 45 minutes after I ingested it.

Hit the gym this morning to try and clamber back on to the wagon.

Seen a lot of positive journals from my FS friends, keep it up!
