Been off track with the winetrs setting in, closure of Yoga classes and binging on food :( Got to watch what I eat and settle in for some form of exercising too..

New steps - Increase water intake - basically drink a glass of water every time I feel hunger pangs
Try to reduce sugar intake - for starters, did not have any sweets at the wedding I attended yday :)
Got to start walking for 30 minutes atleast everyday - for now no fixed time line
180.3 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
