FitOKay's Journal, 07 March 2014

After days of the scale not budging so much as a point of a pound I weighed in at 159.6 this morning. Officially in a new set of tens. Odd because yesterday I was starving all day and back at maintenance calories. Today is my last day taking prednisone so hopefully my appetite is normal again. My lungs also finally started to feel better today, looser when I woke up then last few days. Not great yet but a wonderful step in the right direction. So good news all around.

159.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Even when the scale results don't seem to evolve. Be sure that, as long as you're doing the right things, there will be a slow improvement that, over a period of time, will become noticeable :) That's great that you're better! Have a great weekend yourself!
