Back down some I think I figured out what was causing my cravings...it was the salad dressings I was eating
242.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. I made flax bread--high in fiber and low in carbs, all good, but I tell ya it got the cravings going for cookies, and all the rest of the carbs--breads, rolls, crackers, etc. But I did not eat them.
