Still in the 160s and I am satisfied with that. My sister just went on the HCG plan and will be losing really quickly if she is faithful to it. she really needs to lose, I hope she can do it. As I have said before, no one wants to weigh 250 unless they are a Sumo Wrestler. I feel for eveyone in that boat. It is easier to lose than it is to keep the weight off. Often I have wished I would have been born like my younger sister, tiny and petite with no worries what so eve about what she ate. My sister(on the HCG) and I are the big ones in the family, tall with a sturdy build. We have always been close and she is a born caretaker, younger, but mothering all of her siblings.
