A week of travel and i bombed. Started out with lofty goals and did ok for a couple of days but gradually slipped right back to ground zero...french toast for breakfast and Micky D for lunch. It always amazes me how within the span of 7 days I can go from packing a salad to eat the flight to a burger and fries for dinner with a stop at the Cheese cake factory for dessert. What happens to that resolve and determination?? Enough whining nothing to do but get back on the horse and try again. I've already made my salad made for lunch. Time to dig a little deeper and get back at it.
