Today's Meals consisted of
Breakfast 2 eggs and 2 pieces of thick cut backon. 2 Cups of coffee.
Lunch salad with tomatoes, cucumbers one can chicken breast one can pink salmon topped with vinegar and oil dressing.
Snack sweet potato with butter and brown sugar.
Second snack was an orange
Supper was Wheat pasta and wheat Rotini with Dave's Gourmet squash sauce with portobello mushrooms and asparagus and yellow peppers and a glass of Ghost Pine cabernet sauvignon wine.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week
