Ate like crap yesterday and paid the piper this morning on the scale... don't care I have Bronchitis and feel like crap! It was total comfort food yesterday... boy my tummy paid the price last night!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
