doing well. Sticking to it and getting used to lower caloric intake.
walking as much as I can, soon will incorporate weights into the mix.
Shoulder and back on the mend
I actually weighd in at 192.2 this am but will list as 193.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
