What a phenomenal week! My weight was almost too good. I didn't believe it and had to weigh myself three times to make sure my scale wasn't punking me. I know it's science, calories consumed minus calories burned etc, but after a good week it feels like magic. When I get off the scale I want to say "Ta-Da" and thank my lovely assistant!
