Love to see the scale going down. My personal goal is to break 200 by the end of the month. At this rate, it's not going ot take long!
205.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1338 kcal Fat: 45.12g | Prot: 121.01g | Carb: 164.28g.   Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Cinnamon & Spice, Simply Orange orange juice. Lunch: special k chocolatey pretzel, smart ones chiken fettucini. Dinner: weight watchers coffee cake, mission whole wheat tortillas, tomatoe, clint's salsa, light sour cream, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: kraft string cheese. more...
