A new low. It's going slow, but it's going.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been taking it easy nursing a cold all week. I should try a quick run just to see if my other shoes are going to work.
