Goodmorning,

91 on the scale this morning, but today is all about involuntary indulgence (or not). Yesterday i double trained again just like Wednesday, but unlike Wednesday i did compensate for the extra energy used in foods. So the theory is that today i will not have an indulgence day. We will have to wait until tonight to know, but this morning i still feel powerful and energized even if the scale said im 91 kilo, as opposed to Thursday when i felt off from the moment i got out of bed.

- admire my beautyful hubbie for his wits.
- taking care of my poor sick little old hubbie. (floris nightingale syndroom)
- shipping kid off to school (freedom)
- my book edging along fine (in dutch, sorry, maybe one day i translate)
- thank god for coffee and chocolate
200.6 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Reading the written word can often lead to misinterpretation or even just a misunderstanding of the intention. Hope you enjoy your indulgence "tonight"....lol...rofl. I am still trying to work out how to "energize" Bwys Gal so any tips would be gratefully received...lol

I hope NOT to have an indulgence day (*lol*) and yes written word is very prone to misinterpretation. that why i use smileys :P
