Day 13: ate a lot of food last night. including chips. Still lost half a pound. celebrating a birthday tonight. might see a spike. One Week Diff: -2.4lb
206.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
