Had a good week of weight loss even though I went pretty nuts last weekend. Must have been all the walking in the city that saved me. Morning session with the gym trainer tomorrow (hooray for my employer having a gym and someone knowledgeable to run it).
255.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
