Hello all,

yesterday i had an involuntary indulgence day. And i'm leaving it at that.

14:00 i'm only halfway there but people are already looking at me for advice on weight loss and exercise ... i tell them my story, and then point them to a dietitian or trainer (*grin*)

most asked question though is, how hard is it really? Well i am always hesitant, but i won't lie, it is as hard as hell, and the short term rewards are minimal (you have to really look for them) ;) there are some major long term rewards though but you have to really fight on a day to day basis to get those once in a while...
and there are some downsides, specially for very overweight people like me, skin drooping like it is melting (It is harder for me to go to the sauna now than it was when i was 113 kilo) constant worry for relapses, deep unwanted soul-searching, and everyone is watching, you literally wear your problems on the outside.

one day i'll make a FAQ print it and give it to anyone who wants to know... hahaha...




199.3 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
