Up a pound, but it's to be expected. I'm lucky it's not more than that after eating junk and not working out the last few weeks. Only I can make the decision to eat better and exercise, and I'm the one making excuses not to do those things. I'm ready to start exercising again regularly and clean up my eating. I will do better because I want to be healthy. I also don't want to have to buy new clothes because I've gained weight, and it's getting close to that. It's getting closer to spring and summer(thank goodness) and I want to be able to wear my clothes from last year and only buy new things because the old ones are too big. I will do better!

My goals for the rest of the week are:
exercise at least 2 more days
eat my veggies
drink my water
find a new exercise DVD
make an exercise plan for the month of March
140.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I could write this same journal! I put on a pair of dress pants I haven't worn for awhile they are a bit snug today, when they usually fit. Great goals! You can do it. Come on spring and warm weather!!

Try Hasfit.com. That's where I get my workout videos. They have all levels of exercise plans.

That's a great post, I could have written just about the same. I am up a pound this morning, I ate everything yesterday. I am going to watch it today and exercise again. I hardly missed a day in January, but February has been full of distractions.
