WannabeSlimmer2013's Journal, 25 February 2014

I've been running around the house dancing and whooping for 40 minutes! So happy with this drop! :D:D:D:D And almost at my 280 Mini Goal. I have now lost a total of 32.2lbs, I know its only the beginning but when you sit down and realise just how much weight that is....whoosh! How could I have been carrying it around all this time? I can barely lift a 10kg bag of coal!! I can only imagine the strain my body must be under.

As always,

Eyes open, moving forward. Healthy Living.

Have a great day everyone :D

You were right about the can of tuna. I'd forgotten about drained weight. I actually ate 131g - not quite the whole can of 185g. I'm learning to be more careful. Putting the food into my diary before I prepare it and adjusting it until I get the right numbers for the day. G (hubby) is 6'4" and he's eating the same as me - everything weighed out and split, except he has some rice or potatoes with sour cream with his meals and sneaks in a few sandwiches through the day. He's pretty happy too because he's lost 2kg over the last 2 weeks and is now the weight his doctor wants him to be. Wish my weight would come off so quickly lol

Its always easier for men haha, I had a feeling about the tuna, 185g would have been a huge tin. Keep track of everything it really helps you see where you can cut things out. I always fill out my food diary 100% everyday :) You're doing good, it WILL come off in time! :)
