Day 1 went well. I had 21 points and did an hour at the gym! I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. I got my friend Mary to go to the gym with me and Brian so that was good. Got my mom to start WW with me so that was awesome. She likes WW better tha SBD so I think she'll do good on this diet. I'm optimistic so far cuz there are so many options here. Brian made dinner last night, I was totally shocked and impressed! I'm trying to teach him how to cook cuz he doesn't know how and he did really good =) So we get back from the gym and I go to take a shower and when I come out I have broiled chicken, couscous, and broccoli ready for me and it was so good! Life is so good! =)

Great job on working out and getting your friends involved. It also helps that your mom is doing WW with you. With this momentum, you'll be at your goal in no time!
