After 3 days of cheating I still lost a pound. Have never been happier to lose just one pound in my life.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1597 kcal Fat: 125.47g | Prot: 91.14g | Carb: 27.04g.   Breakfast: cream, egg, brewed coffee, water, Calcium & D, sweetener. Lunch: kens dressing, baby greens, water, chicken, egg. Dinner: onion, Cooked Sauerkraut (Fat Added in Cooking), water, butter, pork. Snacks/Other: herb tea, water, almonds, spinach, black olive, butter, italian sausage, lemon, tomato, onion. more...

Oops, you better be careful - when I fall off track, it sometimes takes a few days to show on the scales. Hopefully this is not the same for you. At least you are back on track today :)

Buffy, you are so strict with your WOE and follow it to the letter, so any small misstep would be atrocious to you and be considered "cheating." I really commend you for your discipline. Your "cheats" are certainly nothing like mine! You did a great job this week and earned every ounce of that one pound! Keep up the good work!
