Yes!...I hit my firt goal of 220, I am so very proud of myself and I look forward to hitting the next goal of 200. I am seeing all of the things that I loved about my body returning; my legs are becoming long and lean, my arms are getting tight, my waist is shrinking in and my back is showing definition. That's what keeps me going because if I only went by my scale I'd feel like all of my hard work is not paying off as I want it to. Cheers to another 20 baby!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah!! Great job!! The scale is just a tool, but you should also measure, that will give you a great indication of just how well you're doing. It sounds to me that you are hitting your goals, good for you! Keep it up!!
