Big time bummer, how could I have gained with 4 times workout this week?!!!!!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well if you have changed your exercise in any way, your muscles could be retaining water (muscle edema) to help them heal. It can show as a temporary gain on the scale. It could be sodium, hormones, etc. many things can factor in to weight fluctuations.
