That time of the month and no highs with WW? Oh, and the WW coach is HORRIBLE! She has favorites and I am NOT one, so no sharing allowed for me. She shouldn't be a coach.

190.7 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb. Still to go: 47.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

What is a WW coach? Is that the leader? Can you find another meeting? That stinks if they are like that. But no matter what, you stick with it. This is for you and don't worry about her. That time of the month sucks for everyone, lol!
