Morning weigh in has me up .4 from three days ago to 215.2 but putting on some lean mass. Still have to lose 5 percent more body fat. Taking my daily calories to 2100 with IIFYM should work.
215.2 lb Lost so far: 109.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
