Hmmm...not sure what's been going on for the last two weeks. I did come down from that 3 pound gain last weekend, but I was hoping to come down a little further. I shouldn't gain this weekend now that I know increasing calories doesn't mean increasing food. Maybe next week I can have a 3 pound loss
