Weight down a bit and feeling pretty good. Workout this morning went well. I am running at full speed and incline (6.7mph and 3 incline for 30 min + cool down) and upping my weights ( 170lb chest press, 200lb pec fly, and 3x3 pull-ups).

165.8 lb Lost so far: 140.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
