Yup. It's up. After a lovely Valentine's Day wine tasting - I'm not surprised. It's still an over-all loss for the month, and that makes me happy.
238.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
