19.3% body fat weighed self after breakfast. Was doing well on diet but had Johnny Rockets for dinner so I screwed up. We will see if the loss continues.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
