I weighed myself this morning not really expecting too much since I hadn't been 100% on the diet with my kids home. The last few days I made sure to watch my intake again and, what do you know.. diet and exercise work! ;)
Anyway, I just finished my breakfast (Kashi Crunch - Honey Almond and Flax with soy milk) and am heading to the gym. It's the ball/core class today. Ugh. It's a tough workout but I do enjoy it. Mid-morning I'm checking out a new bike for the triathlon I'd like to enter. The local bike store is incredible. I had to make an appt. for a bike fitting. They have a 6 mile course around their place (part of the larger 200+ mile trail system) that they want me to test ride the bike on. So between the core class and the ride today I should be set on exercise. :) Even if it's hard I'll just keep chanting 'weight loss, weight loss'. :)

GREAT JOB! You definitely sound motivated. Even with being a little off the diet, it looks like you're still losing. I'm sure you've got to feel good about yourself with how well you've done on this diet. Keep it up! You are an inspiration to me and probably many others!

You are doing so well, you are constistenly going down on the scale, you should feel very proud of the progress you've made. Only 6 pounds away from your mini goal!

You asked for a beans side dish recipe, I'm not sure if this one qualifies as a side dish, I eat it as a meal b/c it's so filling but it is a great one and REALLY simple to do!
