Day 7 of zero carbs. Time to carb-up for 24 hours to replinish the blood sugar stores.

After a week of no carbs trying to eat 300 in 1 day feels monsterous.

Last weeks weight loss after the Sunday carb-up day was so impressive I cannot be judgemental yet.

If weightloss slows to a hault or I gain way too much back, I may bag this approach.

We'll see...
311.0 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
