1441 kcal Fat: 43.18g | Prot: 59.78g | Carb: 226.76g.   Breakfast: go lean crunch, banana, vanilla lite yogurt, three berries, franz 40 calorie, skippy peanut butter. Lunch: scrambled egg, fat free sour cream, la tortilla factory, chorizo, potato, fat free refried beans. Dinner: brummel & brown, pillsbury country biscuits, Chicken and Corn Chowder with bacon. Snacks/Other: apple, mandarin orange, kellogg's fiber plus. more...
