Bodyfat: 16.7%


Wow didn't lose anything all week then all of a sudden on my weigh in day, almost 3 pounds down! Going to start recording my bodyfat percentage every week along with my weigh in and track the progress. A little over a month ago before I started adding in weight training with my cardio my bodyfat percentage was 17.9%. Now I'm down over 1% bodyfat in a month!

Going to mess with the Garmin Forerunner 405 today and see if I can figure out how to use all the features on this bad boy. Wish it was warm enough to run outside and give it a true test. Maybe this weekend I'll tough it up.

Woo! Impressive body fat % !! Congrats on the 3 lbs weight loss, too. Amazing how you were able to drop a full 1% in one month, what's your secret? Ooh be careful if you're running outside...I've seriously seen 3 people this week wipe out on their morning jogs! Hope you have a great day, too :)

Nicely done with the weight and fat drop. Isn't it funny how that happens on a given day? For me it's normally the day after official weigh in. It's like my body doesn't want me to get too cocky. The trick now is to keep it off until next weigh-in. Be good, Tap!!
