day 7 p3 no thyroid

(41.0% bf 28.0 bmi) 37.5% bf 44.2% tbw

weight up, body fat down. Muscle gain. Waiting until tomorrow's weigh in, may have to perform a steak day to keep the weight number down, just discovered that my protein shake has fructose in it....does that count as sugar?

Afternoon body fat percentage is 37.9%.....how can that be? I am getting a little depressed. I won't officially measure until Saturday, but it feels like I am gaining some fat back in the belly. I don't want that!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
