last night I weighed myself at bedtime and at first eas shocked my weight up again and i followed everything! Then I remembered when I used to track my food and weight before....salmon and seasonings always seemed to make me retain water....so only salmon once a week. I am happy though. 4# down!!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jaime, night time weighing is the worst time to weigh yourself because you have all the weight from eating and drinking all day. I recommend you weigh in the morning after you get up and with few clothes to see your true weight. Your body metabilizes alot at night and you weigh less in the morning. Stay with it, you will do well.
