Whoooo hooooo! I'm down 30 pounds from when I started!!! Not fast but steady! Yippppppeeee! This is a "dry" weight too as all the edema is gone out of my feet and legs completely! So tomorrow will go back on the 20 mg of lasix and see how long that will hold me along with the low sodium diet! I can actually FEEL my waist is smaller and I don't feel so FULL or pregnant either! LOL
188.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
