TGIF and Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Plans for today are changing. We were going to look after my friend's kids today so that she and her husband could go out for dinner and then she would look after my son tomorrow night so that we could go out for dinner. But her daughter has a high fever and cough so all those plans have be cancelled. No problem, just do it another time. So, I going to see if we can get in anywhere tonight for dinner and take our son along too and make it a family Valentine's dinner!!

So, no change scale-wise but fine with that. Just keep thinking that when the weather gets better I will kick it up a notch and hopefully I can lose the last 5. One of these days or I going to spend the rest of my life trying!!!!!
169.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bummer that your plans didn't work out - that was a great idea you and your friends came up with to trade off. Good luck tonight, everything will probably be packed but I'm sure you'll have a good time!

Sometimes the plans just go out the window...but at least your still going to have a good time...:O)

I swear the last 5 lbs are the hardest to lose, but with the right diet and exercise anything is possible!
