hmm, haven't been dieting at all, eat what I want. Haven't gained haven't lost. Staying very active. In Europe and don't want to give up all the taste treats. I do eat as healthy as I can. Think my measurements may be up since I've not been doing weight lifting, Only resistance bands and some yoga but lots of cardio. Bike almost every day for at least 45 minutes usually an hour.
