It's been a very interesting and very long day.

We got a new manager at work...

I'm ready for a nice, hot, bubble bath and maybe a cup of green tea.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
