Not sure what happened between Sunday and Monday. today is down .4# but I was really good on Sunday so that is a letdown. I did not get to the gym yesterday and I think that would have made more of a difference today.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
