8.7% - By the end of the day, after all my meals I still did not meet my estimated RDI of 2400, which is the suggested amount to keep me on weight gain mode. I stayed up a little later just to snack on more things to help me get close to it and even after that (being completely satiated with cottage cheese, cashew clusters, and silk milk) I was a little over 2300 cals, close enough right??? WRONG, down a pound. I really think I am underestimating my daily calorie burn. Even when I try to eat "extra calories" I get so stuffed with the nutritious foods that I just cannot eat anymore. If I try to get the excess calories with higher calorie foods, they would not be nutritious and therefore would be the wrong type of weight. This goal is such a double edged sword!
120.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What workouts are you doing? I've been reading how cross training ones burn extra calories that cannot be calculated exactly and therefore result in more loss (I forgot the name for that though). Sent you a ? via PM, btw. (Sometimes people don't get their messages on this site so just letting you know).
