I think 159 is my new set point for now. Seems like that's where I land whether I eat more or less. I'll need to make a better effort to stay at or below my RDI if I want to start dropping again. Although I feel pretty fantastic right now at this weight, I still have fat pouches that are hanging on to my arms, butt and stomach that are driving me crazy. I wonder if they'll ever go away. I refuse to do lipo.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 52.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well if after a year... they probably won't change. If you exercise in the form of cardio... that will help cut fat. I am noticing a change myself... starting Jan 1st I began doing cardio on treadmill... after being quite stationary the fat is becoming less.

Coco, don't you hate those set points....I am at one also, and the only thing I think we can do is just keep going and wait for our bodies to let go. Have a great week!

Good morning Coco! Give your body some time. You'll lose more eventually. Maybe add a little more cardio as Matt said. I don't do very long though..about 30min. when I do it. Have a happy & healthy week:)
